Company Profile: Blue SkyLine is a non-for-profit charitable foundation with a branch in Rome, Italy. The main area of thier activities is wild nature protection. Their work is project-based meaning there are projects and there will be sufficient funds for staff, investments, etc. As it is a remote supervision, it is very difficult to track the daily routine of work, contacts made, etc. Therefore, as a starting point, their legal representative would like to monitor the work patterns of the staff, remotely and if there is wrongdoing to take actions to correct it.

Victoria Veligodsky: Which problems have you encountered that made you searching for this kind of software?

Marco Curiano: I legally represent the Italian branch of our international charity organization, though I am located in Spain. The solution to monitor computer activity was chosen due to major problems with the previous office manager in Rome, who was doing other business instead of doing the job he was paid for. Although the system was changed and now I am the legal representative and we have a new office manager, I still suspect a degree of wrong doing at the local level. In order to be able to know what sort of business is done locally, I looked for a technical solution to install on the office computers that I legally own, so that I can monitor the staff.

Victoria Veligodsky: In which ways did you look for this product by Eltima Software?

Marco Curiano: I searched the internet and some technical forums and your Powered Keylogger seemed to have the most positive reviews.

Victoria Veligodsky: Did you try using products by other software producers before choosing our solution? Why did you prefer our product?

Marco Curiano: I did try 3 different software trials, including Powered Keylogger. I found your solution better in terms of interface and operability, though there were some features that other companies had while the Powered Keylogger does not (e.g. monitor incoming and outgoing chat rooms) [Victoria: we are currently working on this feature as well as on remote keylogger installation and the possibility to get the logs automatically uploaded to our server with user login option]

Victoria Veligodsky: In which ways are you using our product now?

Marco Curiano: I have been evaluating the software during a trial period and I liked it. I would however want to purchase a full version and if it would appear that I constantly need it for monitoring purposes, I’d look into getting licenses for up to 6 computers.

Victoria Veligodsky: What were your man benefits from using Powered Keylogger?

Marco Curiano: I think it is a fantastic way to monitor remotely the work of our problematic offices overseas, avoiding loss of business and unnecessary staff changes.
