Personal Background: Tiago was born on 23 June 1987, and now he is studying in Coimbra University (faculdade de ciências e tecnologia da Universidade de Coimbra). He is a first year student, taking Informatics Engineering. His hometown is Paços de Brandão near Porto. Two years ago Tiago worked as a model at some fashion shows. He used to play basketball, as he likes it a lot, but now he is just studying. Tiago has one brother, who is 7 years old. Tiago enjoys music and everything that is hi-tech.

Victoria Veligodsky: What were the challenges, which have driven you to look for this kind of product?

Tiago Santiago: I wanted to secure myself and my little brother. You see, I am not the only one who uses the computer, so I want to make sure that nobody is stealing and using my personal information. I also want to keep an eye on my little brother so he won’t do anything wrong with the computer.
