Having released a software tool, we do not abandon it, but continue thoroughly developing it to make the product better with every upgrade.

Serial to Ethernet Connector has always been a very useful utility that helps you turn any computer into a low-cost terminal server. 4.0 version has even more for you to offer. In Serial to Ethernet Connector 4.0 the data you transmit over network is secured by authorization system and traffic encryption. The functionality of the program has been greatly increased, as advanced connection settings can now be customized to meet your development needs.
We have put much effort into developing Serial to Ethernet Connector 4.0 and as the result we can offer plenty of minor additional features: data transmission speed can be increased by disabling Nagle algorithm; and connection to remote computer can use TCP/IP Telnet protocol, with the RFC 2217 Telnet extensions for COM Port. Moreover, you can easily track the work of Serial to Ethernet Connector in the newly introduced “Activity Log”.
New interface screenshots, full changelog, and upgrade options are already available!
As for OEM version users, now you have the ability to create your own libraries for authorization and encryption.
