2. To add SWF or EXE Projector file to “My tasks” double-click it or choose “Add task” icon or just drag it from Explorer to “My tasks” area. Note, that you can add multiple tasks and use batch conversion. Now you can look through “SWF File Info”, “SWF Resources Info” and all specific information about the particular resource.

3. Choose “Convert” tab and specify the conversion path. “Open file after conversion” option makes Flash Decompiler open converted file(s) in Adobe Flash right after conversion. You can get your FLA files just right away by clicking “Convert current” (convert the highlighted file) or “Convert all” icon (if there are more than one file in “My tasks” area).
The file(s) will be converted with default settings.

4. In case you want to view or change conversion settings switch to “Conversion options” tab and you’ll see 4 subtabs where you can adjust some additional settings.
“General” - Here you can specify Motion tweens parameters (movement smoothness and length factor), objects parameters (place shapes into library, decompile symbols not present at timelime and join mask layers) and configure morph detection and decompilation options.
“FLA” - Set the version of FLA format to be created, set the default version of SWF format to be published after converting and name Library folders.

“Text” - Determine static text bounding box expansion and other text options (place texts into library, convert static text into shapes and force ANSI encoding).
“ActionScript” - Here you will find ActionScript options (decode built-in MX classes, combine all scripts into folder, recover original veriables names) and Code format (braces at new line, braces around single statement, use getProperty/setProperty, use tabs and indent size).
Remember that our Decompiler allows you to reset settings to default anytime you wish.

5. So, you’ve already set conversion options and ready to get your FLA files. Switch back to “Convert” tab, click “Convert current” or “Convert all”. Activity log  will show you the details of conversion and after a few seconds (time elapsed depends on quantity of the files and their size) you have your FLA files in the specified folder (“Conversion path”). By the way, you have an opportunity to save the log of conversion for future references.
