Victoria Veligodsky: What challenges made you search for this kind of software?

Hennessy Lee: In our business, which is primarily the rental of venues for special events such as Wedding Receptions, Birthdays, Corporate Events, etc. along with a handful of rooms that are available for walking guests, I needed to find a software that would be easy to use with my iCal as well as allow me to manage all of my SMS items.

Currently, I am using another synchronization tool, but have had problems with syncing my Notes. As for the SMS feature, it’s just non-existent altogether.

Victoria Veligodsky: How did you find out about SyncMate?

Hennessy Lee: I was just browsing Apple’s website to see what new software I could download. There was nothing in particular that I was looking for but my search was leaning more towards FREE downloads listed under the site’s Top Downloads category. When I saw SyncMate, the feature that really caught my attention was the SMS management feature.

Victoria Veligodsky: Did you try other products for the same task before choosing our solution? Why did you prefer our product?

Hennessy Lee: So far I have only tried a couple. I have tried another tool I mentioned above, which is what I have been using. I have also tried Microsoft’s ActiveSync–the program that came with my HP Ipaq.

Victoria Veligodsky: Please, describe how you are using SyncMate now.

Hennessy Lee: I have just downloaded your product from my residential location and have been able to successfully install it. I think your SyncMate is one of the best on the market, as offers much of the functions not available in other similar products. I am using your product to manage my contacts, calendar, notes, SMS, my bookmarks and media files on my iPaq.

Victoria Veligodsky: What was your personal benefit from using SyncMate solution?

Hennessy Lee: I am using your SyncMate on a daily basis. Since I move in and out of my office to talk to clients, and I can’t bring my laptop everywhere with me, having an updated iPaq is critical to my work. Moreover, syncing via Wi-Fi is another great option I am glad to have!
