Actually my last comment is incomplete. They sync duplicated my contacts. (My phone had be synced previously).
I’ve tested it with my Dell Axim x51v and it works well:)

Thank you for letting us know. Your device now is in the list of supported devices. We will be glad to provide you with a free license when we release SyncMate officially.
@mateuszek, –
Please, send us the log to ascertain successful SyncMate deployment.
I tryed to sync ical with my HTC 3300 and it didn´t work. The songs from itunes that I selected worked fine.
Do you know if it will support this model in the future?
Woohoo!
I removed the old SyncMate driver on my mobile made a reset to it. Removed SyncMate from my iMac totally and reinstalled SyncMate and woohoo – it works! Great Job! Thanks!
I’m using a: O2 XDA mini S (also known as i-mate K-JAM, T-Mobile MDA vario, Qtek 9100, HTC Wizard), iMac with MAC OS X 10.5.2 and Safari.
Kind regards
Joerg
@Paulo Ens -
We are trying to test as many devices as we can to make certain they are fully compatible with SyncMate. HTC 3300 is not yet officially supported. Please, follow our compatibility reports to be the first to know.
It worked perfectly on 10.5.2 (mp) with a HTC touch. I could not get it work with 10.4.11 (pb-ppc) and the same phone.
Here’s another phone that works with SyncMate! :-)
It’s the HTC Touch Dual, a.k. T-Mobile MDA Touch Plus.
I just synced contacts, iCal, iPhoto and Itunes and everything went flawlessly.

I’m afraid that my T-Mobile Dash still fails, even with the most recent version of SyncMate. I wish I could’ve gotten ahold of a lifetime license, but the program just dies, saying, “Can’t connect to Pocket.”

@guedou -
We would be very glad to help you get it work. Please, drop an e-mail to our support team at support@eltima.com, describe your problem and attach the synchronization log.
@truggl –
We assume that either your device is not supported, either your firewall doesn’t allow the connection
@Maaike -
Thank you for letting us know. Your device now is in the list of supported devices. We will be glad to provide you with a free license when we release SyncMate officially.
@Vic: Brilliant! I’d like that very much, thank you :-)
Other hardware supported greatly by Syncmate:
Eten M600+ with Windows Mobile 5.0
Asus P505 with Windows Mobile 5.0
Works great with my Treo 750 WM6
I’m using an HTZ Wizard (T-mobile MDA, US) and I’m able to more or less sync. Have had some strange behavior with contacts – no categories xferred) Anyone else experiencing that?
@Vic –
Please don’t assume that my device is not supported in response to an article stating that it is. Also, I don’t have a firewall. My Dash is running WM6 Standard supplied by T-Mobile.
Is SyncMate WM6 compatible?
~truggl
I have been reading up on your beta version, after coming across this site by accident. I had been looking into purchasing missing sync…. but felt uncertain about purchasing a product that may not work. I also must confess to being complete novice when it comes to computers. I have been searching for a syncing device that flawlessly inputs information to my handheld..ex..ical,iphoto,address,itunes
I am curious to know if your product will work for a palm garnet osx (sprint)/PBG4/OSX 10.5.2/Leopard. thank you in advance for your response.
1.1RC works for my Dopod(HTC)D810, which is a
Traditional Chinese edition, upon my Macbook
running MacOS X 10.5.2.
Actually when I just installed SyncMate 1.1RC, it did not
work on my D810 in the first place. I tried to plug in
my phone via USB cable. My Macbook automatically
invoked SyncMate. However, after this, SyncMate
seemed to stand still, without sending any WM6
software driver to my phone for installation.
Both “Connect” and “Sync” buttons dimmed and
inactive.
So, I gave up until today I attempted the software
again by plugging my D810. Surprisingly this time
it could send the WM driver to my phone for driver
installation. In fact, after installation, I also needed
to ‘reboot’ my D810, so that my phone could work
flawlessly with SyncMate. I am pretty delighted now.
I have checked all items. Contact addresses, ical
entries, etc, could be synchronized completely.
P.S. : The following is the activity log which you may
request. It was the 2nd time when I performed
the sync. I forgot to save the log when I did
the first sync.

we cannot guarantee that SyncMate will work with your device. We would be glad if you test it yourself and inform us about the results, whatever those might be.
@Deb M, el_coda, Marcel -
We are very glad that SyncMate works for you. Please, send SyncMate’s activity log to beta@eltima.com with the reference to this post to ascertain SyncMate’s successful deployment.

We learn about the supported devices from our users. And we state: “According to our users…” We cannot state for sure why your device refuses to work with SyncMate. To know for sure, we need to see your log, as the log can say much. We would be glad to investigate your case and help you resolve the issue you have encountered. Please, send the full log to our support team to support@eltima.com. FYI, SyncMate supports both WM5 and WM6 devices.

Hey guys .. good job with the pre release candidate and the added support for the dash. Unfortuantely . I am still unable to make it sync with my dash. I am using
A 2.16 macbook with 2megs of ram
10.5.1 leopard
A tmobile dash .. which is unlocked and all out going connections from my pc are allowed.
I also did a hard reset on the phone .. It still failed to sync :(
PLs do help
I still cannot get my Samsung Blackjack (i600 in Asia) WM5 to connect with Syncmate. have tried the earlier 2 versions and problem remains. I read some folks have “unlocked application” i am not sure if this is the key – not being a techie a tough one for me to understand and resolve.
So when I connect the phone to the USB syncmate fires up but then when I click the “Connect” button it does not connect up.
Help appreciated… am nervous with all my info just in the phone and no back up since I changed to a mac fm a PC.
Thx

@megatrebuchet -
What does your log say? Please, check whether your device appears in the device manager. It would be very helpful if you sent us the full log to support@eltima.com so our support team will investigate your issue.
@Dilip -
First of all, you have to check whether the driver has been installed to the device. If the driver has been installed, but it doesn’t start, it means your device is locked. In most of the cases Samsung devices are locked. Please, unlock your device using SDA Application Unlock software.
hi ,
this all that the log says .. please advice on next step
BackService version: 0.4.1d5
USB driver version: 0.2.3b2
Cant connect to Pocket
@megatrebuchet -
Cant connect to Pocket means that your firewall blocks the connection. You should disable it and then try to connect. If you don’t like your firewall to be off, you can add backservice.app to the exceptions list.
Hi Vic,
I am sorry I did not mention this earlier. MY firewall is set to the accept all in coming connections. I also tried adding backservice.app to the list which happens when I enable the custom option. But it says application not found. I also checked for the phone drivers in the windows folder. They were not installed either.
I am using Little Snitch. Which was completely turned off while installation too :(
Pls advice once again.
Also should I post to the newer post on your blog ?
@megatrebuchet
Please, check your Mac’s native firewall settings. They might be independent, and when Little Snitch allows the connection, native firewall blocks it.
Hi Vic,
I did that and the mac firewall is set to accept all incoming connections .Also I tried with a similar config on my brothers mac with the same results :( .. there is something I am not doing right :(
