Please make sure that synchronization is enabled on your computer. Follow: Launch iSync – Preferences – Enable Sync Service

Tried everything allready listed above (unstall driver and program).
All the settings like you said.
SyncMate can see the specs in the phone (internal memory).
When I press sync, less then a second and nothing.

Working with Samsung omnia i900 (XKHJ3)
and MacBook OSX 10.5.7

Hope you can help, bought this phone because I can sync om my macbook.

If you experience any problems connecting SyncMate, please, make sure to check this article: http://wiki.eltima.com/knowledge-base/syncmate/connection-problems.html If the problem persists please send us SyncMate Action log or the system log messages during connection.
To find SyncMate Action log please follow: Plugins -> Other Plugins -> Action log
To find a system log please follow Applications -> Utilities -> Console – Launch. Choose System log and copy the messages related to the required event.

Hi there, have SyncMate newly updated today, freshly installed on iMac running OSX 10.5.7; cannot get a connection with HP hx2490b – I’m guessing this mobile works for others seeing notes above; HP running WM2005. I don’t get any connection, and can’t get a driver to install on the HP. So currently no joy. Any help appreciated.

Have you tried using the latest SyncMate build? Please, update your SyncMate. If you have already downloaded the latest build, please, make sure you have only one SyncMate running and it was correctly updated. Please, make sure you do not have Missing Sync on your Mac.

I have had lots of issues with the syncmate (1.4) with my HTC Kaiser.(WM6.1) on my MAC10.5.4. Until today, I am not able even update n sync with the phone….

I have tried everything, reset, upgrade to WM6.1, updating to the latest syncmate 1.4.0.356….

I must say the support team is very good and supportive but I am running out of patient… :(

I want to find out anyone out there having the same problem and any solution were found? Maybe I am doing this wrong? Hellppppp!!!

I use O2 Xda Zinc(WM6) & iMac 2.66 Leopard 10.5.4.
I can sync with iCal but all my apointments shift to a.m while on my phone is p.m.
I’ve tried changing the time zone on my computer but still the same.
How can i resolve this problem?

I would recommend you to unlock your device by SDA Application Unlock. Please download and install SDA Application Unlock on a PC you would find and unlock your device:
http://www.gpcarreon.com/SDA_ApplicationUnlock.zip

After that, please connect device to your Mac.

I also tried to run OneTierPro mpt software : system notification
change of device settings unsuccessful
installation of onetierpropt.cpf was unsuccessful. the program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions.

I keep receive a error message on my HTC Touch with your syncmate software: CAN’T START DRIVER, ERROR 2

PLS LET ME KNOW WHY THIS IS HAPPENING?
I tried one week ago to sync my HTC Touch with my macbook OS X 10.5.3 it was working fine. Now i just upgrade your syncmate, its still that same error 2 message, please help me out here. do I have to instal a driver on my HTC Touch?
