I asked fellow Mac users who had the same problem, etc. I lot of my friends hadn’t heard of SyncMate, but everything I had read seemed positive and it appeared that Eltima was quick to fix any issues that did arise.

Victoria Veligodsky: Did you try other products for the same task before choosing Eltima solution? Why did you prefer our product?

Jessica Lewis: No, I didn’t try any other products. Mainly because I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on other products. Since your company offered a free beta version, I went for it.

However, if Eltima had not offered a beta version, I probably would have decided to wait a month longer and purchase it, because my research had led me to your product.

Victoria Veligodsky: Please, describe how you are using our product now.
Jessica Lewis: With your software, I can upload various medical software programs to my Tilt. SyncMate keeps my calendars/appointments up to date. My life is finally organized!!! I can also send practically any document to my Tilt via SyncMate, which is extremely handy when it comes to medical research papers.

I feel like I am more connected with the world because of this easy file sharing between my MacBook and Windows Mobile.

Victoria Veligodsky: How did you benefit from using SyncMate?

Jessica Lewis: People think I am tech-savvy! Which is awesome. Also, like I stated above my life is more organized and less repetitive. Everything is kept together now; I know that with your software everything is in reach, I can find any document or any other file I need. I can easily share my Mac life with my Windows Mobile life. I’ll never miss another meeting or class again!
