Victoria Veligodsky: What challenges made you search for this kind of software?

Jim Bowyer: I needed a synchronization software for Mac that would work with my pocket PC. I am using some applications only available for pocket PC, therefore I have to stick with this platform. I need to sync all my contacts and eventually files and notes.

Jim Bowyer: Since I spend a lot of time on the road and don’t want to carry a laptop, I just use my pocket PC to enter appointments and various information about customers. As soon as I get back in the office, I sync my PDA with my desktop for backup and just to have the same data on my desktop, too.

Jim Bowyer: It has saved me a lot of time, not having to enter data twice or having twice the same information. SyncMate is very reliable and so far I have not suffered any data loss or problem synchronizing between my PDA and desktop computer.
