Hello,

I just downloaded the latest version of sync mate and am having trouble connecting it to my HTC Touch Pro 2 (Sprint) with a MBPro with Snow Leopard.

The application installed, installed the driver, checked for and downloaded a software update, then as the program loads, proceeding to the 'add a connection' menu, it searches for the htc and says that its connecting, then nothing happens, the loading dialogue disappears and the next button never becomes clickable.

My HTC is recognized in network connections, so I know that the mac is reading it, but I dont have any way to update and backup my phone, any help is appreciated!

I am sorry, but SyncMate does not support Motorola devices. We are planning to integrate Motorola support in the nearest future. Please, keep updated!

Please, check all your synchronization options, check whether the options to sync all calendars is enabled. Please, reset your history and try to synchronize once again. If this doesn't help, please send your log to support@eltima.com

Please make sure that Mac firewall doesn't block the connection and PDA firewall doesn't blocks driver installation. So look through PDA and your Mac settings.
System Preferences -> Security/Sharing (Internet and Network)-> Firewall -> Allow All Incoming Connections. Check whether the option "advanced network functionality" is enabled (Start->Settings->Connections->USB to PC).
If the problem persists, please contact our support team at support@eltima.com

Please make sure that Mac firewall doesn’t block the connection and PDA firewall doesn’t blocks driver installation. So look through PDA and your Mac settings.
System Preferences -> Security/Sharing (Internet and Network)-> Firewall -> Allow All Incoming Connections. Check whether the option “advanced network functionality” is enabled (Start->Settings->Connections->USB to PC).

I have a tmobile dash as well running windows mobile 6. My mac mini does not recognize the dash when it is connected. I used the Missing Sync before without any problems. Is there something that I am missing? I have followed the connections instructions and missing sync has been totally uninstalled from my system all with no luck of connecting with Syncmate.

Thanks.
