Victoria Veligodsky: What challenges made you search for this kind of software?

Biejan Poor: I have been using Mac OSX for about half a year now, and while I love the ease and user-friendliness of the operating system, it does present a problem when having a Windows Mobile based smartphone.

While OSX supports numerous phones through iSync, Windows Mobile devices are not part of them. Because of this issue I began my search for a piece of software that would allow me to synchronize my phone with my Macbook.

Victoria Veligodsky: How did get to know about SyncMate?

Biejan Poor: I was actually using another piece of software to synchronize my HTC s710 with my Macbook. This software, however, kept giving me headaches because of incorrect syncing of calendar with iCal. Eventually fed up with the problem it was causing I started browsing the web for another solution. Fortunately Google provided me with a link to SyncMate page and the rest is history.

Victoria Veligodsky: Did you try other products for the same task before choosing Eltima solution? Why did you prefer our product?

Biejan Poor: I have used another piece of software before trying out SyncMate. As mentioned before this product did not work properly. SyncMate, on the other hand, works exactly the way I want it to and since I got it I have never looked back!

Victoria Veligodsky: Please, describe how you are using our product now.

Biejan Poor: As a student I have very busy schedules for both classes as well as my part-time job. And while I have a laptop, it’s not always possible to carry it around with me.

Using my cellphone as an organizer is then very beneficial because it allows me to record my contacts, appointments and notes so I can download them on my computer back at home.

Victoria Veligodsky: How did you benefit from using SyncMate?

Biejan Poor: As I have explained, my smartphone is very important to me. I can schedule all my assignments, exams and appointments I have. I use it as my address book, to take notes and as a media player on the go.

Then when I get home it takes me just moments to synchronize everything that I added to my phone that day with my laptop with all my other stuff.
