Welcome SyncMate 2.0 Beta!
Great news for all SyncMate fans and passionate users! SyncMate 2.0 beta is out!

First of all you will notice its new and sleek interface, designed especially for version 2.0. Then you will see another great change: now you can synchronize several devices at a time! SyncMate 2.0 allows users to build up a line of devices to be synced, making your Mac a leading link in this line. You can synchronize with other Macs, Windows Mobile devices, Nokia series 40, Google and online storage. Note, that you can sync Windows Mobile devices via USB or Wi-Fi, however, you can sync Nokia series 40 devices via Bluetooth! You can set permission for other Macs to be synced with your computer: allow connection, deny connection or set password-only connection.
Other new features include:
- Notes are now synced to the Notes in Mac OS Mail
- Firefox bookmarks is now a separate plugin
- Entourage notes is now a separate plugin
- Ability to sync selected groups of contacts
- Ability to sync separate calendars
And yes, you can install and test all new SyncMate 2.0 now! However, a registration key for Expert version is also available. There are two ways you can get a free registration key for SyncMate 2.0 beta:
1) If you are a registered user of SyncMate Expert, download SyncMate 2.0 beta and e-mail us your SyncMate order ID to beta@eltima.com and get a registration key in return.
2) There’s another way to get a registration key for SyncMate 2.0 beta Expert version. Simply send us three bugs you find in SyncMate 2.0 free version to beta@eltima.com and receive a registration key.
Download the 2.0 beta build right now and feel all the changes yourself.
2.0 (beta) doesn’t recognize my Samsung WM 6.1 device, when I’m trying to add it. It just tells me to connect the device USB cable. It worked just fine with the older version.
I uninstalled the old version (including the driver from my phone) before downloading this one. How to get this to work? Do I need to install the old version again and replace the app…or what?
@ Mike –
1. Have you uninstalled SyncMate using uninstaller package or have you just moved it to the trash?
2. Do you (or did you) have Missing Sync program installed on your Mac?
3. Please send us SyncMate Action log or the system log messages during connection. (You can paste the log here or send it to our support team at support@eltima.com)
To find SyncMate Action log please follow: Plugins -> Other Plugins -> Action log
To find a system log please follow Applications -> Utilities -> Console – Launch. Choose System log and copy the messages related to the required event.
Hi,
I am having the same problem – I am unable to add my HTC WM6.1 to SyncMate 2.0 (beta) using USB.
Previous version worked just fine. I did trash it, then installed it and uninstalled it. It fails to recognise the device. I attempted with my old HTC TyTN II WM6.1 to no avail.
SM 2.0 beta unzipped OK, then since it wasn’t a .dmg file, I just moved it to Apps folder.
Any ideas?
Thank you in advance
@ Vadim –
Does SyncMate start automatically when you connect the mobile device? Normally adding mobile device occurs automatically. May be it will take a moment. I would recommend you to uninstall the old SyncMate using its uninstallation package. Please read the following topic on how to uninstall SyncMate properly:http://wiki.eltima.com/knowledge-base/syncmate/uninstall-syncmate.html
Hi Vic,
No, SyncMate beta fails to automatically connect/read/recognise (as opposed to the latest commercial 1.4.1.367 release). It fails to auto connect with my current HTC Touch Pro & HTC TyTN II.
I did uninstall the old version using Uninstaller.pkg and also reset iSync history. I also unistalled the driver from my phone. All to no avail.
Also, Is the beta supposed to be just a drag-and-drop into Applications installation type?
Thanks
@ Vadim –
Please, try to do the following:
Copy syncmate.app (unzipped) to applications folder and launch it to install SyncMate driver on Mac. Then connect your mobile device and wait a moment. Your mobile device will be added automatically.
Had problems with old version and Eltima support tried to resolve but would not recognise my HTC Kaiser. Advised to download 2.0 Beta, just done this and same problem. Been trying to resolve for 2 weeks without success. Tried all above but no luck. Pls help. Thx.
Hi,
just the same poblem with my Xda Orbit. As the old version would only sync my calander but not my contacts I gave the new version a shot. But the SM 2.0 one just doesn’t recongnize my phone.
I moved the unzipped SM to applications folder and launched. First I tried it with the old cab still installed on my phone, than I removed the cab and tried again. All to no avail.
If this version won´t work, any ideas where I can get help to sync my contacts with the old version?
Thanks a lot
@ Globo -
Have you replaced the old syncmate.app ou have you added one more file to the application folder?
Have you launched the new cab file?
Was the new driver installed on your mobile device?
Perhaps you use a shortcut to launch SyncMate. As you probably know, shortcuts on Mac remember the latest file launched and will launch it until you delete it.
@ Paul –
Please, try to do the following:
Copy syncmate.app (unzipped) to applications folder and launch it to install SyncMate driver on Mac. Then connect your mobile device and wait a moment. Your mobile device will be added automatically.
I’m having a similar problem with my Samsung Omnia which worked perfectly in Syncmate 1.x.
Steps I followed:
Downloaded the beta zip.
Thrashed the existing app.
Moved beta app from zip to app folder.
connected phone – no auto sync
Removed driver from phone (with add/remove)
Tried to add connection in beta app before and after connecting the phone via USB
At which point I read through the comments here.
I moved beta app to trash
re-downloaded release app
executed uninstall package in release DMG
uninstall reported success
rebooted as per uninstall dialog
After reboot I extracted beta and dropped in applications
Executed syncmate from application folder
Dialog reported installing driver
After wait dialog report successful driver install, no reboot needed
after start up dialogs, tried add device, windows mobile
Syncmate stays at “please plug in windows mobile device into USB port”
Also tried disconnecting phone, exiting syncmate.
then connecting phone
The system doesn’t show the sync connect icon and syncmate does not launch
Can’t get my iMate Jamin to sync with SM2 beta.
To get rid of old SM version I initially dragged SM1 into trash. SM2 failed to install driver after that although no error message was given. I then downloaded the expert version of SM2 & used the uninstall utility to get rid of SM1. After that, SM2 installed by dragging zip file into Apps folder, expanding, and running .app file. Driver was installed. However, SM2 still did not recognise my iMate. So I backed up the iMate onto a Windoze machine, did a hard reset, and restored my data. SM2 still does not recognise the iMate. I’m out of options. Where can I get hold of SM1 again? I had no problems with the older version and unfortunately deleted it before testing SM2.
@ Allen and Andrew Tillinghast –
Please set your firewall “Allow All”: System Preferences -> Sharing (Internet and Network) ->Firewall -> Allow All Incoming Connections.
If SyncMate will start on mobile device connection than wait a minute. If it will not connect, please look whether Win Mob device appeared in Mac’s Network Preferences
If the problem persists please send us system log messages during connection.
To find a system log please follow Applications -> Utilities -> Console – Launch. Choose System log and copy the messages related to the required event.
You may also return to SyncMate 1 which is available at our web site: http://www.sync-mac.com/syncmate.html
Under System preferences -> Security -> firewall I verified that “allow all incoming connections” was set. Was set from the start – not changed. There is no firewall option under sharing.
Plugging, unplugging and re-plugging mobile device generates the following log:

Please follow System Preferences ->Network. If you see Win Mobile Device in Network Interfaces but your mobile device is not active when you connect it please do the following:
disconnect your mobile device from your Mac, remove Win Mobile Device network interface and connect again. New interface should be created with the followin IP address “169.254.2.2″.
If IP is different, please go to Network settings for Windows Mobile, set “DHCP with manual address” mode and define the following IP address “169.254.2.2″
In network Prefs I had an inactive win mobile device. I disconnected my phone and deleted the win mobile device. I reconnected the phone and no new device was created. With no device added I wasn’t able to manually update the ip.
Not to clutter up the comments section but I’m going to post the console log again, this time it’s not logging a can’t initialize the device message.

@ Andrew Tillinghast –
1. If you are using Windows Mobile 6, we recommend to enable “Advanced network functionality”. To do this, on your device go to: Start -> Settings -> Connections -> USB to PC.
2. Please, switch your mobile to a device mode. As you perhaps know the mobile phone can be detected by Mac in two modes: as a drive with folders or as a device (available for syncing). The mode which is to be enabled is called RNDIS or Active Sync Mode (differs depending on the device model).
3. On Mac, try this: System Preferences -> Security/Sharing (Internet and Network)-> Firewall -> Allow All Incoming Connections.
4. Do you connect via hub or directly via USB?
5. Perhaps the access to your mobile device is password protected. Please check it.
As I said device syncs as is with syncmate 1.47
1) Advanced network functionality is enabled (it was a recomended setting for 1.47)
2) Device is in “ActiveSync” mode not “Mass Storage” mode
3) Per my March 10th comment firewall is in allow all incoming connections
4) Direct connect from my phone to one of the USB ports on my mac book pro. I have also tried changing USB port to see if it generates a new device detection.
5) Password protection is off. Interesting note here I did have it on at one point and at that time syncmate 1.47 was able to sync fine but microsoft ActiveSync was not. Either way I had to turn it off because the bluetooth can’t make calls when the phone is locked.
I’d like to help you figure out getting this working but by the end of the weekend if it’s not I’m going back to the production version. I need to have sync working again.
Crash – restart – crash – restart – crash – restart. Rinse. Lather. Repeat.
This is brutal. I can’t even get the software to revert back to 1.4 without crashing now.
@ Craig –
You may also return to SyncMate 1.4 which is available at our web site: http://www.sync-mac.com/syncmate.html
I have the same results as described above, but with FJS Loox N560 and MB Pro, 17″, Mac Pro, 4×2.66. Tried all suggestions. Then zapped the PRAM of my Macs. Upon launch of syncmate from Applications folder, the Activity log of Syncmate says on Mac Pro (nothing happens on the 17″ MBP):
“Cant connect to MAC (Socket: Connect failed: Operation now in progress)”
(I did remove all previous services in network prefs. except those that that are native to the pro)
Address and ical Sync between the Macs worked.
It fails even to sync the two Macs I have. Maybe you reconsider moving it back to the alpha development stage.
1. Deleted phone numbers on both macs in one address book entry in the process of sync.
2. after removing groups from address book, sync between the macs stopped working. It now cannot even find the other mac, while access through standard services (screen sharing and so on) remains possible.
I like the approach though of this software, if it were only working.
Good luck,
Jörg
Since upgrading to a Touch Pro, I cannot connect using either 1.4 or the 2.0 beta. UK T-Mobile WM 6.1 Pro on Touch Pro. OS X 10.5.2 on Intel Mac Pro. firewall is off. most recent steps as follows:
1. uninstall 1.4 using uninstaller.
2. restart
3. unzip beta and drag to apps folder
4. run beta – enter admin password to install driver
5. plug in phone. no auto-setup – i try to add connection/Windows Mobile USB
6. prompts to plug-in phone. no reaction when unplugged and then plugged in.
i will email the console logs related to these stages to you.
Well still unable to get syncmate beta 2.0 to connect with my phone, I’m actually going to backup my phone data some point this week and try a hard reset – want to clear out some other things on my phone. I will try beta 2 after that.
Can’t wait to test! If I don’t have my order ID, but have an expert key what can I do?
no response? is this a known issue then?
Ok, well I have a verizon xv6800 and I can’t get it to sync, again worked pretty well on 1.4. I’ve tried the usual restarts and such and the uninstall and reinstall.
@ Jörg -
Thank you for your feedback.
Please note that the product is still in development stage, we keep improving it with your help. Some of the problem have already been solved, such as syncing from Mac to Mac for example.
1. We suppose that contacts weren’t deleted but synced to category “All” (unfortunalety it’s our bug). We are workin on fixing it.
2. The situation you’ve described ( “2. after removing groups from address book, sync between the macs stopped working. It now cannot even find the other mac, while access through standard services (screen sharing and so on) remains possible) is not quite clear. Have you removed all contact groups manually? Or have they been deleted by SyncMate? What happened after that? Does SyncMate connect to the other Mac?
@ Andrew Tillinghast -
I would recommend you to uninstall SyncMate ( read more at http://wiki.eltima.com/knowledge-base/syncmate/uninstall-syncmate.html) and install it under new administrator account.
USB module disabled, but Parallels W2K still not finding my phone.
I occasionally need run ActiveSync due to for example, an app only available as a EXE. With 1.4, SyncMate would start up when the device was connected, but if I responded to the Parallels dialog that I wanted the device to connect to the virtual machine, W2K would see it and SyncMate would not.
With 2.0 installed, I can’t seem to be able to come up with a way for the virtual machine to see it.

@ Tom –
Please send us system log from console during connection including your attempts to connect to parrallels.
To find a system log please follow Applications -> Utilities -> Console – Launch. Choose System log and copy the messages related to the required event.
Retried after getting activation key and now it behaves correctly. Not sure if it’s the key or a retry after reboot that fixed it.
The 2.0 beta is working well for me and appears to have resolved an issue where files were synced at every connection.
@ Tom -
Glad to hear that your problem has been resolved.
Thank you very much for your assistance!
How to restore a device after resetting it?
I had to reset my BlackJackII, so all my files were lost on the device.
I assumed that SyncMate would repopulate the phone, but instead it started deleting all files on my Mac. I was prepared for this, so had a backup of those, so no loss. But, now the question is how to get these files back onto the device?
I would like to just edit the folders configuration to and force all the arrows to be local -> device, but that’s not available. I really don’t want to delete all the custom settings I’ve made and create new settings.
The option to mount the device as a filesystem appears to be unavailable. So looks like my best choice is to use Windows to copy my folders over to the device.
AHA – found mount disk under other plugins – sigh.
@ Tom –
1. Please note that SyncMate doesn’t have BackUp option. It’s a normal behaviour that SyncMate starts deleting files on Mac because everything was deleted on the mobile device.
2. As for Folder plugin: we are actually working on improving its functionality.
I am having trouble syncing my blackjack. It worked great for months. After the last 1.4 update it no longer worked. I upgraded to 2.0 beta and get same results. The log shows it pulling and pushing calender enteries, but they do not appear on either phone or Ical. I have copied the log.

Well, for what it’s worth I haven’t experienced any serious issues on either OSX.4.11 or 5.6, using an HTC 6800 with Win Mo 6.1. I’ve noticed that SM2 doesn’t put up the “Connecting…” bezel window any more, which I appreciate very much.
The only issue I’ve got at the moment is that the beta registration key I was sent does not work. I copied/pasted directly from the email message (tried it several times to make sure i wasn’t getting stray carriage returns, etc.) but SM2 keeps telling me I’ve entered an invalid key.
@ Andrew Jahn -
Please let us know your Mac OS version. How have you uninstalled SyncMate 1.4? Where have you installed SyncMate 2.0?
Propably, there are 2 interfaces (Syncmate.app) in your system and they are conflicting with each other
@ Warren –
1. Make sure you enter the Registration Info correctly (follow http://wiki.eltima.com/knowledge-base/general/key-invalid.html)
2. If everything is correct but your registration key doesn’t work please try the following: close SyncMate, find user\library\preferences\com.Eltima.SyncMate.plist, delete this file. Then launch SyncMate and try to enter your registration info again.
Mac os 10.5 – Not sure of exact build and I’m not at home at the moment. I have removed 1.4,. However, this problem of the log showing the entries being updated, but not appear on either ical or the blackjack started happening on 1.4 and continued when I upgraded. If you need exact os build I can get it this afternoon at home.
@alex.taylor
Thanks; it was the preference file that had a problem.
I have been experiencing significant issues with SM2, most of which I’ve sent in to the email address along with the logs.
Briefly, the app crashes pretty much every time I connect my phone to my Mac. If I relaunch it, it’s fine; but as soon as I uncradle my smartphone and then reconnect it, SM2 crashes.
SM2 has major problems with its SMS manager. There seems to be something there that is associated with crashing as well, but the disclosure triangles don’t consistently work to expose messages.
Also, the message flow in the SMS manager lacks a clickable “reply” link in each message, which SM 1.4 had. This was a convenient way to use SMS while having the phone attached to the computer.
Finally, when I tried to use folder sync, I ended up losing files from my phone. I pointed to several folders on the phone for sync, but I did not specifically walk those folders to see if they had subdirectories.
Well, some of them did; and rather than copy those subdirectories and their contents over to my Mac, SM2 simply *deleted the subdirectories and their contents* from my phone.
In short I’m not sure “beta” is what I would call this package. It feels much closer to an alpha release. It is by no means, stretch or definition even *approaching* being ready for a release candidate.
OS 10.5.6 is my version. Syncmate 2.0 was installed in the download folder and I moved it to the apps folder. Spotlight is only finding 1 copy of syncmate.app
@ Andrew Jahn -
The most probable reason of the problem you’ve encountered is Sync Service failure. Please try to close iCal and follow the instructions below:
Reset the SyncServices folder with these steps in Mac OS X 10.5:
- Open iSync.
- Choose Preferences from the iSync menu.
- Click Reset Sync History.
If this does not resolve your issue, or if you are unable to open iSync, follow these steps:
- In the Finder, choose Utilities from the Go menu.
- Open Terminal.
- In the Terminal window that opens, type or paste the following command on a single line:
/System/Library/Frameworks/SyncServices.framework/Versions/A/Resources/resetsync.pl full
- Press Return.
When the operation is complete, quit Terminal.
After that please reboot.
Neither the reset nor the terminal command had any affect on the syncing. I have also removed syncmate and reinstalled. I have the copied the log from the latest attempt to sync. If I’m reading the log correct it says its adding over 300 entries to the mac and over 150 to the phone, yet I see no entries on either.

@ Andrew Jahn -
If you are sure that SyncMate settings are correct and you don’t have events and contacts in the specified place then there are some problems with Sync Service.
We would recommend you to install the latest Mac updates. What is your Leopard exact version?
I am running 10.5.7 of Mac OS.
What settings should I be looking at in Syncmate. I’ve never really seen any other than which direction to sync. Which I have both ways selected. Anything without a group is set to sync to mobile calander.
Contacts appear to sync. It seems to only be the calender entries that do not appear on either the Windows device or my Mac.
My issue is fixed. I backed up Ical. Deleted all my calendars from Ical. At that point a whole bunch of default calendars appeared. Using syncmate I deleted all the calendar entries on my phone. I reset sync services from isync. I reset the sync history is syncmate. I then restored my calendar file and synced the phone. Everything appeard on the phone. I added entries on ical and they synced. I then added entry on the phone and it synced to ical. I don’t know I had an issue, but I seem to have resolved it. Thanks for the assistance.

Hi. can’t sync either with my Samsung Omnia. My Mac won’t recognize the device. Tried resetting the mac isync history, tried reinstalling the old version of syncmate; no good. Please send me a key for the new version- is that working for others?
@ Jeff –
1. Please, make sure to check this article: http://wiki.eltima.com/knowledge-base/syncmate/connection-problems.html
2. If the problem persists please send us SyncMate Activity log or the system log messages during connection.
To find a system log please follow Applications -> Utilities -> Console – Launch. Choose System log and copy the messages related to the required event.
3. Please let us know your order ID (reference number) for SyncMate 1.4 (the one you have received in order confirmation e-mail from the billing operator Plimus right after order placement) and we will provide you with a new key for SyncMate 2.x Beta version. Send you order ID to support@eltima.com
Hi, I’m happy to have Syncmate.
I’m seeing some data from my Mac address book going to a different field on my Samsung Omnia. One in particular was an email address assigned to Home on the Mac that showed up as email2 on the phone. There were also email addresses listed once in the Mac that showed up twice on the same record on the phone – the 2nd entry was the email 2 field.
I’m using Macbook Pro with OS 10.5.7 and SyncMate v2 beta.
Hi, I am testing the SM2 Beta for the last 30 days. I sync a HTC Touch Phone with Windows Mobile 6.1 on MacBook with v.10.05.
I’ve encountered these issues:
1 – Need to type password on device, even with “connection password” item selected
2 – The large data at NOTE field on Address Book was half deleted after 1st sync
3 – While syncing iCal, I’ve got these erros :

1. This option is only for mobile devices running on Windows Mobile 5 platform
2. This is Win Mobile device limitation, if we doesn’t adjust the size of notices to Windows Mobile requirements it may lead to the problems during synchronization
3. Please try to Reset History in Calendar plugin (press the button “Reset History” in the bottom right corner)
Like Marivan Abrahao, I use HTC Touch (ATT Fuze), Macbook OS X 10.5.7, 4GB, 2.2GHz. I’ve noticed all the same issues as Marivan Abrahao reported.
Some features work very well – Mount Disk (why no icon on the toolbar???), SMS Manager. Device Info works very slowly.
@ John –
Please describe the problem with more details. Send us crash report (if it crashes) and SyncMate Activity log for investigation.
Regarding my previous issues, I know that being Beta users, some problems may occur and of course I have a backup to protect me against it. So, I hope that some problems that were reported may be corrected at final version, like the limitation size of the note area on Address Book. As I am used to have large amount of data, it is important that this issue should be considered. I don’t’ think that technically it wouldn’t be difficult. More recently, on last 5 days, I am having a very disturbing problem. Every time I connect the PDA, a message alerts that the syncmate driver needs to be re-installed again, a password is required also again, and last that the Syncmate Beta version has expired. After all, if the PDA is unplugged, the Syncmate program launches and works flawless, but if I keep the PDA plugged, the MAC systems hangs and a reboot is necessary to finish with this problem.
Thanks,
Marivan

Hi,
I’ve been using Syncmate expert 1.4 for the past few months, and found it much better than other mac-to-winmo syncing alternatives. Only problem is that iTunes syncing is mediocre. The songs in the playlists are out of order (at least when I access them in a folder using Kinoma Play), the playlists lined up to sync don’t update themselves in concordance with iTunes. And winmo can’t quite use iTunes playlists – Syncmate at least tries to sidestep the problem by putting them into a folder, although as I mentioned the songs are out of order.
May I know if better iTunes syncing capability is being worked on in Syncmate 2.0? This is my one and only gripe – o/w it has worked well!
Thanks!
@Schlave -
Some modifications and improvements were implemented to iTunes plugin in version 2.0 so I would recommend you to download 2.0 Beta version and to let us know the results of synchronization.
Btw, if you’re a registered user of SyncMate Expert, you can email us your order ID to beta@eltima.com and get registration key for SyncMate 2.0 beta in return.
Hi alex,
Thanks for the speedy reply.
If I paid for Syncmate 1.4, do I have to re-buy syncmate 2.0 when it’s released?
Thanks!
@ Schlave -
As a registered user of Eltima Software you will get 50% upgrade discount. As only SyncMate 2.0 is released, we’ll post an announcement on our blog (along with upgrade instructions). Stay with us!
hi, syncmate 1.4 gave an error “application quits unexpectedly”. calendar was ok but contact not sync.
i switched to 2.0. ti worked fine for a few days then today I have “your beta version of syncmate has expired. to continue using, please download the new version from mac.eltimate.com”
But i don’t see a production syncmate 2.0
@ Ben -
We’ve just released new SyncMate version, SyncMate 2.0 is no longer beta. So you’re welcome to download SyncMate 2.0 here .
Hi
I have recently switched to the new version, but am wishing I hadn’t. I frequently get repeat requests for the phone password on my Mac. I’ve worked out that I can get round this by manually opening the Sync software on the phone. Then I can start the sync but it stops part way without actually changing any data on the phone. The log file is shown below.

Hey. I tried uninstalling syncmate from my mac, using the uninstaller.pkg file in syncmate.dmg, but it didn’t remove Syncmate from my finder toolbar, even after restarting my mac. How do I make that go away? Thanks!
@ Eli -
Pity you’re going to uninstall SyncMate. Anyway, if you can’t do this with uninstaller.pkg file, please enter “SyncMate” in Finder and delete all files with “SyncMate” only. If you are going to uninstall SyncMate because of any problems you’ve faced while usage, please note, that our Support Team and our blog are open for your questions.
I installed the update to Version 2 today and now cannot sync my Palm Pro, I hadnt any trouble syncing before, but now I receive this message. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the program as well to no avail.

Please install the latest verison of SyncMate – Version 2.0 (Build: 2.0.0.819). You can download the latest build here.
NOTE: to upgrade, first uninstall the current build (from Mac using uninstaller.pkg and from mobile device), reboot and install the new build. If the problem persists please send us SyncMate Activity log during connection.
I am unable to get a connection between my mac and windows mobile using USB. When I click on “add connection” and select windows mobile device (USB) from the list the next screen “additional connection settings” I can’t seem to go to the next step because there is no connection between my HTC touch pro and my macbook pro. I have tried several avenues, read blogs and enabled and disabled etc…no connection between the two. Please help!!!!
This is my activity report:

@ Sheila -
1. The possible reason of the error “Can’t activate RAPI session.” is that Mac firewall blocks the connection or PDA firewall blocks driver installation. On Mac, try this: System Preferences -> Security/Sharing (Internet and Network)-> Firewall -> Allow All Incoming Connections.
2. Make sure that ActiveSync is started on your mobile device:
Start > Program > ActiveSync > Menu > Connections > check box “Sync all PCs using this connection” > drop down list USB
3. Also go to your Mac’s Network settings and select Winmobile network adapter. Set the following configuration:
Configure: manually
ip address: 169.254.2.2
Apply and connect your mobile device.
4. If the problem persists please send us SyncMate Activity log and system log messages during connection.
To find System.log please follow Applications -> Utilities -> Console – Launch. Choose System log, clear it (tool bar button – Clear Display), connect your mobile device and send us the messages from system log.
