While previous version of Recover PDF Password for Windows was using your own computer resources when searching for passwords, the latest update allows using CPU of any quantity of computers on your network to find the password even faster. Much faster! Moreover you can manage the quantity of cores on remote machines you would like to use for password recovery.

In order to use remote machine’s CPU you will only need to install Recover PDF Password on it and connect using its IP address.

New license types

Starting from version 4.0 Personal License of Recover PDF Password for Windows is replaced by Single License. Single License allows you to use the program in a business environment, but lacks the Network search. Network Distributed Search is available in Network edition only.

We’ve got Network editions of two types – one allows connecting and using CPU of up to 10 computers (costs $159), the other doesn’t limit the quantity of remote machines you can involve in search (price is negotiable, please, contact us).

Business license is no longer offered and sold.

How to upgrade?

The last, but not the least, upgrade terms.

Those of you who had Personal License or Business License can upgrade to Network edition of any type with 80% discount. You can request your upgrade discount here.

If you own Personal License with Lifetime Upgrades Guarantee, you can upgrade to Single license (ver. 4.0) for free (note that it won’t feature network distributed search).

If you own Business License with Lifetime Upgrades Guarantee, please, contact our Support team for upgrade details.

And if you have purchased Personal license starting from March 1, 2012 and before March 26, 2012, you can upgrade to Network edition for up to 10 computers for free. Please email at support@eltima.com for further instructions.
